Welcome to the super secret 21A inner circle!The first step is to arrive at:

You will then proceed to the Front Desk, and say that you're friends of "Toli Zaslavskiy" and "Asya Tabdili-Azar" in 21ADo NOT say that you're subletting. Say that you're staying with us. This is because NYC has laws against sublets. But having friends over for a few nights is fine. Management has looked the other way so far, but let's not push our luck ;)Keys: My sister, Liza, will greet you, show you around give you the keys. There's a key for the door, and a key fob which will get you into all the ameneties (SkyLounge, gym, etc).Reaching Us

Take the elevator to CL (Club Level), SL (Sky Lounge) for the following ameneties
- Gym: CL, then turn towards the glass door. Use your key fob to get in
- Laundry Room: CL, then go towards the gym. It's the first door. You will have to download an app called "Hercules" and follow the instructions to add your credit card. Then you will use the app to scan the QR code of the machine, select the cycle, and confirm the payment. It's a bit confusing, so you can ask one of the other tenants in the laundry room to show you
- Lounge: CL, you will have access to one lounge without the key fob. Just walk opposite of the gym. It has couches and a roulette table. There's another lounge that needs a key fob to get in. It has an arcade!
- Terrace: CL, you will have to go through the 2nd lounge with the key fob and then go outside. It's really nice for a quick break!
- Sky Lounge: SL, you will have to use the key fob to enter. The Sky Lounge has 360 views of the city! It's 40 floors up so you will see a lot
- Sky Terrace: SL, you will enter through the Sky Lounge, and proceed outside. You can walk all the way around and see the city from a bird's eye viewHouse & building rules
Apartment rules
● No smoking
● No parties or events
● No pets allowed
● No unregistered guests (if you want to have people over, please let us know)
● No loud noise after 11pm. In general, please be mindful of our neighbors
Deliveries
We ask that you please don't order deliveries to the apartment, as it may rock the boat with management. However, if you need something we can give you the contact info of a neighbor to deliver to.Plants that need watering
Our plants would appreciate some drops of water! 😊
For the smaller house plants, watering them once every week with half a glass of
water is enough. For the large house plant, 1-2 liters of water every week should
suffice.Taking out the trash
We have a common trash room, which is taken care of by the building. Just walk towards the elevators, pass them, and you'll see the trash room to your right. Please think of the environment
and recycle! Use the blue bins for glass & plastic bottles, the green bin for paper &
carton, and the rubbish bin for your regular trash bags with household waste.
Please take out your trash regularly and make sure to take out any trash from the
apartment to the trash room before you leave.1. Practical information
